Cherry Street Dorm, Re-roofing project

The Construction Management for the University designated using the REACH to clean up a serious mess and reorganize the five (5) remote refrigeration condensing units during a re-roof for this building.

The finished connections will be easily accessible for equipment maintenance and retro-fits.

With the REACH in-place the rooftop penetrations won't need to be disturbed, this minimizes the potential for leaks and decreases liabilities for the customer and roofing company as well.
