The restaurant chain, Construction Manager used the REACH Systems on a previous job in Hickman Mills, MO and felt the REACH was a key factor in orginazation for his future projects.
The REACH Systems will provide repeatable access to contractors for normal maintenance of rooftop equipment, as well as reduce owner liabilities from rooftop leaks.
Three REACH Systems will service one Multiple condensing unit (which is a combination unit; walk-in cooler/freezer, rear ice machines and multiplex) a single REACH (for a seperate ice machine if the distance is greater than 50 feet) and the triple ice machines for the drink machines.
Security camera hook-ups and remote sign sensors were also installed on these REACH Systems.
